CHALLENGE
To grow its presence across Europe and promote its SaaS solution for ESEF reporting, Parseport aimed to connect with all publicly listed companies in Italy. The company pursued this goal through a professional, structured approach—engaging not only the companies themselves but also key stakeholders like auditors, design agencies, and regulators.
SOLUTION
We launched a focused operational plan by dedicating 10 man-days per month and assigning two Sales Executives. We created a local presence with Italian phone numbers, joined key industry events, and ran targeted campaigns to engage all relevant ecosystem players.
RESULTS
Our efforts helped Parseport earn trust and recognition as a key partner for financial reporting in Italy. We reached every target company, delivered over 80 product demos, closed more than 50 new contracts, and secured 40 upsell opportunities.
