Councilbox is a SaaS platform designed for Public Administration, created to digitize the decision-making processes of public bodies and institutions while improving citizen-facing services, ensuring transparency, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.
It enables the management of meetings, documents, voting processes, and digital signatures with full legal validity, including remote and hybrid formats.
The solution is also widely adopted in the corporate sector for the digital management of corporate governance, including Boards of Directors, Shareholders’ Meetings, and Committees.
Councilbox guarantees security, traceability, and compliance, even in highly regulated environments.

CONTEXT

The market context in which the solution operates is the digital transformation of Public Administration and enterprises, with the aim of modernizing processes that traditionally required mandatory physical presence. Formal procedures, decision-making meetings, assemblies, and voting processes – historically constrained by logistical and bureaucratic requirements – are now evolving toward digital, secure, and legally valid models. This transformation addresses the need for greater efficiency, transparency, and operational continuity, reducing time and costs without compromising the legal and institutional value of these processes.

TECHNOLOGY

Councilbox’s technology is built on an advanced architecture designed to ensure security, integrity, and legal validity across digital processes. At the core of the platform is a blockchain-based system used to certify the authenticity and immutability of information, voting activities, and shared documents. Every action is tracked and recorded in a tamper-proof manner, creating a complete and time-verifiable audit trail. This approach guarantees transparency, trust, and full regulatory compliance, making Councilbox a reliable solution for Public Administration and for organizations managing mission-critical decision-making processes.

CHALLENGE

The main challenge of this project was introducing a highly innovative solution into a market where no equivalent alternatives existed, one capable not only of digitizing but of fundamentally transforming well-established processes. Adoption of the platform required a rethink of existing procedures, overcoming organizational resistance and long-standing operational habits. To ensure reliability and legal validity, it was also necessary to build strategic technology partnerships to support the validation of the solution. In parallel, we pursued direct customer engagement, guiding clients through the change and clearly demonstrating the tangible benefits of the new operating model.

ACTION

The action focused on the structured development of the Italian market, through the creation of a dedicated team composed of a Project Leader, an Account Executive, and two Inside Sales professionals. The team worked in a coordinated manner on go-to-market activities, participating in industry events to increase the solution’s visibility and position it as an innovative reference point. In parallel, strategic partnerships were established and direct customer engagement was initiated, supporting clients through the early adoption phases and building concrete use cases to drive the project’s growth.

RESULT

The results achieved confirm the effectiveness of the strategy pursued. The company obtained the required compliance certification to operate as a supplier to Public Administration, a key milestone for accessing the institutional market. At the same time, the first customers were acquired, validating the solution from both a technological and operational perspective. Finally, a solid and qualified sales pipeline was built, capable of supporting business development and sustained growth in the years ahead.
